From September 2009 til December 2009 I was introduced to DAHN Yoga in Burlington, Ontario, CANADA.

DAHN Yoga combines Hatha Yoga with Qi-Gong and Martial Arts moves and is a very different kind of physical, mental and emotional challenge. We also did tapping of chakras, and Brain Wave Vibration to glorious music and drumming.
